London, UK, October 21th, 2010— Independent application developer MCMindroiu announced today that Android™ application “Beat Addiction” has been released for $0.99 through SlideMe and Andappstore Markets. SlideMe and Andappstore Markets are digital distribution systems for Android-based mobile phones.
Beat Addiction is an application for people who are battling any kind of addiction, be it drugs, nicotine, alcohol, food, shopping, sex, gambling. Beat Addiction application will help people staying motivated and track their progress.
Designed from the ground up for Android devices, Beat Addiction is compatible with all major Android handsets, including the T-Mobile G1™, Verizon DROID by Motorola™, docomo HT-03A™, and Google Nexus One™.
“I wanted to give Android users something that does not currently exist on the market,” said Beat Addiction lead engineer and designer MC Mindroiu. “While there are plenty of applications for Android, I noticed a lack of applications for people who are battling addictions. I decided to do something about that.”
